The World Culinary Institute is "Cooking Up Knowledge" as the World's largest culinary education Portal featuring over 25,000 + gastronomy links from around the globe.WCI includes links to hundreds of cooking schools, culinary schools, biographies of Master chefs,video demostrations, distance learning, cooking classes, wine courses, and culinary resources world-wide. Features include My Culinary Institute and The World Culinary Lecture Hall.

To unite culinary arts education and cooking from around the World under a single banner; The World Culinary Institute.
We will provide an opportunity for the chef's of the world, culinary authors, professional associations, cooking schools, culinary institutions and related web-sites to present themselves globally to our culinary students and members through a single independent and impartial web site.

- To help culinary students,cooks, chefs and serious food lovers access cooking and culinary knowledge in all branches of the culinary arts and food studies: cuisines, pastry, confectionery, liquor, wine, food history, nutrition, and gastronomy from all over the world that will enhance their lives and improve their careers.
- To make culinary and cooking knowledge available as education at anytime, anywhere, for anyone, and at an affordable price. (free if we had a choice, but our Learning Partners do have expenses).
- Create direct links to valuable culinary, food and cooking knowledge pages. To save chefs, cooks, and young culinary students time by introducing valuable resources to them earlier in their careers.
- Offer global cultural diversity in our content. The World Culinary Institute is an independent organization that promotes culinary and cooking knowledge from all over the world.
- Encourage the marketplace to offer product knowledge and their information in the form of education that will enhance culinarians careers.
